A narrative verdict has been recorded at the inquest of a Cumbrian woman who died after falling from a stretcher into the North Sea while she was being transferred from a cruise ship to a lifeboat.
72-year-old Janet Richardson from Ousby had taken ill and was being moved to the rescue vessel off Norway when it happened in March 2011.
