Dumfries and Galloway MP Russell Brown went door to door in Lochside this morning as he continues to engage the public about Labour's involvement with the Better Together campaign.
'We can't sit back and allow what looks like a very good lead in current polls to just say well we are home and dry and everything will be fine. We need to hear what people are saying, we need to listen to the concerns they have and try and explain our interpretations of facts and figures.'
The canvassing comes ahead of the publication of the Independence White Paper on Tuesday by the SNP.
