“Tom is a bright, personable young man. [He] was used to and well equipped for outdoor activities having a Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award, he was a strong swimmer and had a water lifesaver award and had undertaken St. John's first Aid Courses.
We appeal for anyone who may have seen him or knows of his whereabouts to get in touch with the police. His family and friends in Penrith, and his large extended family around the country are very worried about him.
