Cumbria Police are asking anyone with outbuildings in the Glenridding area to check them in the hope of finding a missing man from Penrith.
Tom McMorrow has been missing since 5 January.
He was last seen at the Inn on the Lake at Glenridding on Ullswater at his work Christmas party.
“We are continuing to search for Tom in the hope that we can bring him home to his family. We have spoken to people who were at the party that night and have been looking in the area for any signs of him being there.
We are searching Lake Ullswater as a precaution and underwater search teams have been looking in the vicinity of the pier and the water’s edge.
We appeal to members of the public to help us find Tom, anyone in the area of Glenridding who as outbuildings is asked to check for any signs of someone using them for shelter.”
Anyone with any information about the whereabouts of Tom McMorrow is asked to call Cumbria Police on 101 and speak to any officer at Penrith Police Station.
