Margaret Snoxhill is 62-years-old and attends a number of groups every week, including arts and crafts and Zumba.
She says that they have been a great help to her.
"I’ve been coming for about two, two and a half years and it’s a great help to me because I came up from England and didn’t really know a soul and I’ve met loads of people and obviously there’s the health benefits both mentally and physically.”
