Tributes have been paid to former Cumbria County councillor and Maryport Town Councillor Bill Cameron who died on Friday (March 21st).
Mr Cameron represented Maryport for over 40 years until his retirement last year. He was also instrumental in saving the Carlisle to Settle railway in the the 80s.
