The Deputy Leader of the Labour Party has taken to the ice during a visit to Carlisle. Harriet Harman who is Shadow Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, visited two venues the Labour run Council says are helping the economic recovery of the city. Watch Hannah McNulty's report
