Dan Newton has a rare liver condition called galactosemia, which means he can't eat dairy.
He's now using his condition as inspiration for a new cookbook that he's selling at his school.
The 10-year-old was first diagnosed with the condition when he was just six-days-old, as his parents Hayley and Richard, told us:
