Carlisle pub unveils second plaque to commemorate second Carlisle flooding

The Joiners Arms, in Caldewgate, has re-opened today with a special plaque to commemorate the high-water mar of the Carlisle floods.

The plaque is the second of its kind to adorn the walls of the community pub, as the flood level from the 2005 floods is also represented.
