The South West of Scotland Transport Partnership has scaled back plans to cut a number of Sunday and evening services in Dumfries and Galloway. There had been a public campaign and petition against their proposed cuts.

The Partnership was considering the move because of a £315,000 reduction in council funding, however, revised plans to cut just over £200,000 worth of services have now been approved.
