Police appeal: Horses' manes cut in Workington

Police are appealing for witnesses, after the manes of two horses were cut in Workington.

The incident happened between 5pm and 7:30pm on Tuesday 2 May.

The piebald horses were grazing in a field near to the Thomas Armstrong concrete plant on Derwent Howe, when their manes were cut.

Anyone with information should contact Cumbria Police on 101.
