Diver rescued off the Scottish coast

A diver has been flown to hospital after getting into difficulty off the coast of the Borders.

Three lifeboats, including both vessels from Eyemouth, were sent to St Abbs Head where the diver had been separated from their party and was in distress.

A UK Coastguard rescue helicopter was diverted to the incident, and airlifted the casualty directly to hospital from the dive boat.
