Dementia 'Underfunded'

Primary Care Trusts in East Riding of Yorkshire and Richmond have failed to meet the Government's targets for providing services for memory-related conditions. A national strategy set up in April 2011 said all PCTs in England must set up memory assessment services. 7% of trusts across England have so far failed.
