These are the dramatic pictures of a tornado funnel cloud which swept across Lincolnshire, near Sleaford, today, followed by a huge flash of lightning near RAF Waddington.

Immingham has suffered from flash flooding. Stuart told us that Allerton primary school will be closed tomorrow as a result.
Phil from Keyingham, near Hull saw flash floods “knocking off a manhole cover”.
According to Neo, “Darrington had a bad one this morning. The lightning lit the living room up then the thunder shook the windows it was that bad.”
Emma, Martin and John got caught up in the rain in Sheffield although, Kay now says it’s boiling hot. “Weird,” she says.
But some of you were glad of the rain.
Dee in Denaby said, the “main thunder storm’s just finished – lovely and fresh smelling now”.
