It is good luck to Lizzie Jones who is climbing the three peaks this weekend to raise money for her charity.

Lizzie lost her husband Danny, a Keighley Cougars and Wales rugby league international, after he suffered a heart attack on the pitch in 2015.

Today she and three rugby league legends, Kevin Sinfield, Barrie McDermott and Terry O'Connor have begun a gruelling 24 hour challenge to ascend and descend the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales to raise cash to buy heart defibrillators for community rugby league clubs.

They are set to Ben Nevis and and Scaffel Pike today and are due to have climbed Snowdon by 2pm tomorrow.
