Hull boxer Luke Campbell challenge defending champion Jorge Linares for the WBA lightweight title on September 23rd in Los Angeles.
The Olympic gold medalist is the no.1 contender for the belt and made the announcement on his Twitter page.
The WBC diamond, and the prestigious Ring Magazine belt will also be on the line for the bout.
Venezuelan Linares, 31, boasts an impressive 42-3 record with 27 wins coming by way of knockout. He is also undefeated in 11 fights.
Campbell has won his last five fight since losing his unbeaten record to Frenchman Yvan Mendy in 2015.
