Hundreds of princesses descended on Wakefield in a bid to to smash a world record.
Trinity Walk shopping centre teamed up with Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice to attempt to smash the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people dressed as a princess.
A total of 433 were counted in the official attempt area, beating the current record of 419.
Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice in Huddersfield supports local children with life shortening conditions and their families in West Yorkshire and must raise £3.8 million each year to continue running their service.
The information, video, pictures and count sheets will now be submitted to Guinness World Records for official consideration during the next 12 weeks.
