Baby ashes scandal: Families still not received council apology

Families whose babies' ashes were scattered without their knowledge after being cremated - say they have still not received an apology from Hull City Council.

Last month the authority published a report into how it handled infant cremations in 57 cases - where babies were stillborn or who died soon after birth.

The council say families were given 'incorrect information' because of 'inconsistencies' in their records - and insist they have issued an apology. But, as Michael Billington reports, some parents say they have had no such thing.
