Councils across the region will fly flags at half mast in memory of the victims of the terror attack in Barcelona yesterday.
Flags at Leeds Civic Hall and Leeds Town Hall will both be lowered to half mast.
The Civic Hall will also be lit with the colours of the Spanish flag this weekend.
The flag at Wakefield Town Hall is also at half-mast as a mark of respect for those affected.
At least 14 people are dead and 100 injured after a van mounted the pavement in the popular Las Ramblas tourist area of Barcelona.
Officials confirmed it was a "terrorist attack", and said their "attack protocol has been activated".
Thousands of people have gathered in Barcelona's main square for a minute's silence to commemorate the victims of the two terror attacks.
