A boxer who collapsed following his win at the Doncaster Dome on Saturday has died.
Scott Westgarth, 31, who is originally from the North East, but trains in Sheffield, beat Scunthorpe's Dec Spelman over the weekend.
Westgarth later collapsed and was rushed to hospital during the post-fight press conference.
Today it was confirmed that he died in hospital.
Tributes have been paid to Westgarth from across the boxing fraternity, led by his promoter Stefy Bull, who organised Saturday's event.
