Police have released the name of a woman who died following a crash in West Yorkshire.

Julie Marlow, 38, from Pontefract, was airlifted to hospital after her black Mercedes collided with a lorry and then a smaller goods vehicle on Wrangbook Lane in Upton on March 13 at around 7.45am.

Her car was travelling towards the A1 but the two other vehicles involved were heading in the opposite direction.

Ms Marlow died from her injuries later the same day and two 42-year-old men remain in hospital with serious injuries.

We would like to hear from anyone has seen any of the vehicles involved prior to the incident, or who witnessed the collision itself to come forward.

I would also like to hear from anyone who may have dashcam footage of the incident, or any footage that may show the vehicles involved prior to the collision occurring.

– Sergeant Fiona Hoodless, West Yorkshire Police
