He's pleaded 'Not Guilty' to a charge of ‘sending a message that is grossly offensive contrary to Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.’It comes after he allegedly posted comments on Facebook about the six soldiers killed in Afghanistan this month.

Muslims and EDL protesters clash outside Dewsbury Magistrates Court as 19 year old Azhar Ahmed appeared in court over comments he made on Facebook about the six soldiers who were killed in Afghanistan.

The charge has been changed to ‘sending a message that is grossly offensive contrary to Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.’

He’s pleaded not guilty and will stand trial.
