As the RNLI in Skegness prepares to get a new lifeboat thanks to a donation by a volunteer who died last year we speak to Lifeboat Operations Manager Alan Fisher.

He explains what an extraordinary contribution Joel Grunnill made to the Skegness lifeboat during his lifetime, and continues to do now with his generous legacy donation.
