After many country fairs and shows have been a wash out this year the sun has finally shone on one of our region's annual outdoor events. Chatsworth Country Fair opened in the grounds of the North Derbyshire stately home today, with organisers expecting a bumper crop of visitors.

And there was more good news for Chatsworth home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. It's just been voted the UK's favouritive stately home in a Which magazine poll.
