The funeral of a 12-year-old boy, who was killed in a suspected hit and run accident at the weekend, has taken place in Bradford this morning and hundreds of locals turned out to say a final goodbye as Sarah Clark reports.

Hundreds of people have turned out in Bradford to say goodbye to a boy killed in a hit and run incident.
Bilal Khizar died at the weekend after being hit by a car that failed to stop on Rooley Lane.
Funeral of 12-year-old Bradford boy to be held
The funeral ceremony of Bilal Khizar, the Bradford Academy pupil tragically killed on Saturday, 6 October 2012 in Bradford, will be held today at Parkside Community Centre.
The family will be welcoming both Bilal's closest classmates from Bradford Academy, including his home team and core class pupils, as well as hundreds of friends and family from the community around the Bowling Park area of Bradford.
The ceremony at the community centre will celebrate Bilal and his all-too-short life before the family takes the body to the local mosque for prayers prior to burial.
