Mr Yummy ice cream seller confronts rival Mr Whippy with crowbar

Zeheer Ramzan, from Halifax and operated under the name of Mr Yummy, was filmed in a street in Blackburn confronting his Mr Whippy rival with a crowbar.

Handing out a 6 month suspended sentence and ordering him to do 250 hours of unpaid work Judge Leemin QC told Zaheer Ramzan he'd acted in a way which was disgraceful and unacceptable and said that he's escaped an immediate prison sentence by the skin of his teeth.
