Plans to increase the part of council tax that pays for policing in Lincolnshire by two percent have been agreed by the county's Police and Crime panel.

The meeting was the first of its kind for the new Police and Crime Commissioner, Alan Hardwick, who's been in office since November, and was behind the proposals. Kate Hemingway reports.
