Detectives investigating the death of three generations of a family in Huddersfield say they've been extremely encouraged by the response to their latest appeal to trace a man wanted in connection with their deaths.
They are now following up a number of new leads in their search for Shahid Mohammed, who they want to speak to in connection with a fatal house fire which claimed the lives of eight members of the Chistie family almost ten years ago.

Police officers are taking to the streets of Kirklees to renew their appeal for information in the hunt for Shahid Mohammed wanted over a house fire which killed eight members of the same family in Birkby in Huddersfield.
Officers will be handing out leaflets and putting up posters around the area. All materials have been translated into Urdu as well as English.

Police release new pictures of wanted man
Detectives hunting a man wanted over an arson attack that killed three generations of a Huddersfield family have released a digitally enhanced picture to show what he could look like more than ten years on.
Shahid Mohammed was arrested after the fire which lead to the deaths of eight members of the Chisti family in Birkby but he has remained at large since failing to answer police bail. Using age procession technology an image has been created depicting what Shahid Mohammed could look like now.
Reward for Shahid Mohammed wanted over fatal fire
Crimestoppers have renewed their offer of a £10,000 reward for information which leads to the arrest and conviction of Shahid Mohammed.
He was arrested following a house fire in Huddersfield more than a decade ago that killed eight members of the same family, but has not been seen since he skipped bail.
