A jury's heard how a father of two died in an explosion which ripped through a West Yorkshire pie factory. Thirty seven year old David Cole was killed when the blast tore apart the bakery in Huddersfield.
The firm he worked for is now accused of breaking health and safety laws. The force of the explosion, on Good Friday 2009, led to the concrete roof of the oven room collapsing on those inside. Another worker was also injured in the accident.
