Biking safety videos

New videos aimed at reducing the number of biking accidents on North Yorkshire's roads have been produced. Accident hot spots have been highlighted to make motorcyclists aware of where they need to take more care.

The videos have been produced by road safety campaigners and the police. Fiona Ancell from 95Alive Road Safety Partnership explains:

As the biking season approaches, road safety campaigners and the police have produced special videos to try to reduce the number of accidents on North Yorkshire's roads.

Last year, five motorcyclists lost their lives and one hundred and eight were seriously injured. Thousands of bikers head to the county each year.
