The city of Hull took its bid to be Capital of Culture to London today - with a little bit of help from a man who spreads the word covered head to toe in gold!
We are less than a month away from finding out whether the city has won the title, and today members of the bid team travelled by train - stopping off at towns along the East Coast Mainline - to sell the city to the rest of the country. Michael Billington joined them.
Hull's 'Gold Man' Andy Train has arrived in London after stopping at every station along the line from Hull.
He is in the capital to promote Hull's bid for City of Culture 2016 with a new guide to the city's culture.
Hull's 'Gold Man', Andy Train is travelling from Hull to King's Cross in London to launch a new cultural guide to the city. He is stopping at every train station on the way to spread what the city has to offer.
