It is one of the most colourful celebrations in the Leeds calendar and organisers of this year's Pride event say today's could be the biggest in its history.

It is the ninth time the celebration of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community has come to the city. Michael Billington reports.

Organisers expect a record crowd of more than 30,000 people at this year's Leeds Pride.
