West Yorkshire police have named the woman who died following a collision on the A58 near Wyke as Janet Molloy.
The 51-year-old of Norwood Green, died from serious injuries after she was in collision with a Toyota IQ2 close to the Wyke Lion pub at about 1.10am on April 24.
The vehicle was travelling towards Bradford at the time and its 19-year-old male driver is assisting the investigation.
The A58 Whitehall Road is closed in both directions at Drighlington and there is queueing traffic due to an accident involving a motorbike between the B6126 Gildersome Lane / Back Lane and B6135 Bradford Road. The road is closed between The Woodcock pub and Drighlington crossroads.
