Body found in search for walker
The search for missing walker Barbara Colling has been called off, following the discovery of a body. It was found on Hawnby Moor in North Yorkshire by a member of the public. Mrs Colling has not been seen since Monday January 28th.
Police say that while they are not yet in a position to formally identify the body, their search for Mrs Colling has been stood down and her next of kin have been informed of the discovery.

Mountain rescuer injured
Cleveland Mountain Rescue have confirmed one of their volunteers who was airlifted to hospital during the search for Barbara Colling in North Yorkshire, has now been discharged and isn't seriously hurt.
– Pete Mounsey, Cleveland Mountain RescueA member of one of our sister teams slipped during yesterday's search and landed on his back. As a precaution he was airlifted to James Cook Hospital in Middlesborough by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. He wasn't seriously injured and was released later in the evening. Mountain rescue work is dangerous and we do get knocked about a bit now and again.
Volunteer injured during search for missing walker
A volunteer has had to be airlifted to hospital after falling during the search for a missing woman in North Yorkshire.
A 39 year old man from Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team was taken to the James Cook Hospital in Middlesborough by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
He was one of more than 100 volunteers involved in the search for Barbara Colling who went missing from Helmsley on January 28th.

Friends help in search for missing walker
Friends of a missing North Yorkshire woman have turned out again to help in the search for her - almost a fortnight since she vanished. Volunteers gathered at Newgate Bank on the B1257 to try and find Barbara Colling who is from Helmsley.
She was last seen on the morning of January 28th when she was walking towards Stokesley. Police officers working on the case have also made a fresh appeal to find a man driving a blue estate car who may have spoken to Barbara shortly before she went missing.

Appeal for witness in missing woman search
Officers searching for missing walker Barbara Colling, are appealing for a vital witness to come forward. He was driving a dark blue estate car south along the B1257 close to Newgate Bank, on Monday 28 January 2013.
A witness has come forward stating that they believe the man driving the car exchanged waves with the woman believed to be Barbara as she walked along the road.
Inspector Andy Everitt, of Malton Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "I am appealing to the driver of the blue estate-type car to come forward straight away as they may be able to give a more precise location as to where Barbara was last seen. "
Police officers will again be out in force this weekend as they continue their efforts to locate Barbara Colling.
Public praised for their help in search for missing Helmsley woman
The family of Barbara Colling have thanked everyone who has helped in the search for the missing pensioner.
The 68-year-old has been missing since January 28.
Lizzy Firmin and Rob Colling, said: “The response from everyone involved in the search for mum has been tremendous. We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received from the local community. They have been absolutely fantastic and we cannot thank them enough.
“As the searches are continuing during the week, we are asking people to continue volunteering and carry on with their much appreciated effort."
Barbara was last seen walking along the B1257 near Abbotts as well as the Newgate Woods, near the town.
