It's been reported in a national newspaper that rugby star Danny Cipriani was rushed to hospital last night after being hit by a double-decker bus in Leeds. Danny, 25, was on a night out with his Sale Sharks team-mates in the city when the bus reportedly hit him as he dashed across a busy road.
The England star was treated for concussion at the scene, in Woodhouse Lane, before he was taken to hospital for X-rays and scans. Danny's manager James Williamson told The Sun: “Danny’s spending the night in hospital. X-rays and scans will be carried out overnight.
“He’s obviously in pain. He was running across the road and just misjudged the speed of the bus.” Cipriani was recently reunited with his girlfriend Kelly Brook.
