American music legend Dolly Parton has just become an honorary member of the Cleethorpes Rotary Club after its involvement with her worldwide book project. The country and western star made a personal appearance to launch the scheme in Rotherham in 2007. Her "Imagination Library" has boosted literacy to the under fives by giving out free books to nurseries
'9 to 5' musical extravaganza arrives in Hull
Dolly’s Parton’s penned musical has come to the Calendar region to remind us all that working ‘9 to 5’ isn’t always what it seems. The extravaganza is on a nationwide tour, Daniel Harris caught up with cast ahead of their performance in Hull.
