The Liberal Democrats have lost 6 and the Conservatives have lost 2 seats on last year.

Doncaster has voted to retain its elected mayor.
The votes:
Labour have held Wakefield Council after gaining 12 seats at the local elections.
Nine conservative councillors have lost their seats. Three Independents also lost their seats.
