Lincolnshire singer, Ella Henderson, has performed on TV for the first time since the X Factor, taking to the stage at the National Television Awards last night.
The 17 year old from Tetney near Grimsby has signed with a major record label and is due to release her first album later this year.

Former X Factor contestant Ella Henderson has signed a record deal with Sony. The 16-year-old from Tetney near Grimsby in Lincolnshire was a firm favourite to win the competition, but was controversially voted off the show weeks before the final.
She took to Twitter to thank her fans following the news. She also said she is looking forward to next year.

Despite being voted off X factor on Sunday, Grimsby's Ella Henderson was in good form when she performed at a party hosted by Daybreak at the Corinthia Hotel. She even admitted to being "pleased" to have left the show.
