The playwright and actress Kay Mellor is backing a mental health awareness campaign in Leeds. It gives tips and practical advice to help people deal with those with the illness.
Kay Mellor's TV drama 'The Syndicate' is to be remade for the US.
The drama, from the Leeds-born writer follows the lives of a lucky group of shop workers who win the lottery. The remake will be named 'Lucky 7' and will follow seven workers who strike it lucky while working in a service station.
It's the latest in a string of UK shows which have been remade for an American audience including 'Skins', 'Shameless', 'The Inbetweeners' and 'Gavin and Stacey'.
