The search for a diver lost in Wastwater Lake has been called off due to 'bad weather'. It may resume later.
The man in his thirties from West Yorkshire has been missing since yesterday afternoon.

Search for missing diver
A diver in his thirties from West Yorkshire has gone missing in the Lake District.
The Police Underwater Search team searched Wastwater Lake until 6.30am today and were deployed along with the Coastguard, Fire & Rescue Service, Ambulance, RAF Helicopter and Mountain Rescue.
The other agencies involved in the shore search were stood down at 6.30pm last night due to it being too dark and dangerous to continue in the conditions.
The missing diver’s family have been contacted and are being kept up to date by police officers.
