Hunter's football memorabilia goes under the hammer
Norman Hunter medals could fetch £10,000 each
An auctioneer in Leeds says medals being sold by Leeds United legend Norman Hunter could fetch up to £10,000 each.
Gary Don, who runs an auction house in the city, says the Championship medals could sell for around £10,000 each, and the FA Cup medal could make around £5/6000.
Hunter is auctioning off his range of medals that span his 20-year career as a player.
Hunter, now 69, won several trophies with Leeds United during the late 1960s and 1970s when the club dominated English football.
A date for the auction is yet to be set but it is hoped it will take place in March.
