A three year old girl has died while playing at a children's play ground in York. The toddler had been in the play area at York College when the accident happened just before three o'clock this afternoon. It's believed she'd been attending the college's nursery at the time.
The mother of a young girl who broke her ankle at a council playground in Cleethorpes is demanding better standards of safety there. 5-year-old Dione Bartlett had to spend the night in hospital after the accident on a spinning seesaw as James Webster reports.
