Parents angry over poppy -free pictures

Parents in Lincolnshire are angry that their children were asked to remove their poppies for a school photograph.

Pupils at Digby Church of England Primary School were told by the photographer that the Remembrance symbols "dated" the pictures.

Some parents have complained to the school, saying it's disrespectful and that they and their children should be allowed to choose whether to wear the poppies. The school said it has invited the photographers back to take new pictures for those who want them.
