Winger Ben Cockayne is to leave cash-strapped Wakefield Trinity Wildcats to return to his former club Hull KR.
The 30 year old, who scored 57 tries in 139 appearances in his first spell with the Robins, left Craven Park under a cloud in 2011, following a series of disciplinary problems.
But now, after 27 touchdowns in 53 games for the Wildcats - a record that earned him a call-up into the England training squad earlier this year - he's signed a two year contract with Rovers, and insists he's a changed person.
He's the fifth senior player to leave Belle Vue, following the departures of Tim Smith, Kyle Amor, Paul Aiton and Justin Poore.
Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have signed Taulima Tautai from NRL club Parramatta Eeels. The 25 year old 6' 3" Samoan international will arrive at the club tomorrow.
Tautai has played over 70 first grade games in the NRL for Parramatta and Cronulla Sharks after making his debut in 2008.
“I can’t wait," said Tautai, who's hoping the move will help him make the Samoan squad for the World Cup later this year. "It’s a good opportunity for a new start and I’m looking forward to it. The game is really fast paced and physical over there so I think it’ll suit my game."
