Thousands of peole turned out today for Settle's annual Walk for All. The rain held off for the treks around the Yorkshire Dales. The aim of the day was to raise money for the Jane Tomlison Appeal.
In September thousands of walkers will be able to take part in the first mass participation walk of its kind at Lake Windermere. The Jane Tomlinson Walk for All is being held as part of the Lake District Walking Festival. Three different length walks are being organised for all abilities.
