The funeral of a soldier killed in a bomb attack in southern Afghanistan along with five of his comrades has taken place today. Family and friends of Sgt Nigel Coupe, who was on attachment to the Yorkshire Regiment, gathered for the ceremony in Lytham St Annes.
The 33-year-old was the most senior soldier on the Warrior armoured personnel carrier which was destroyed in the blast last month.You can read more on this story here.
