Antiques dealer Simon Webster and his staff feared a woman had been drinking when she came into his shop in Cross Hills near Keighley in West Yorkshire. He tried to stop her driving away but she drove off at speed, with Simon gripping the bonnet, begging her to stop.
Mandy McGuigan left him lying injured when he flew off the car as she took a sharp bend. McGuigan has pleaded guilty in court to grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving and failing to stop after an accident. She's yet to be sentenced.
North Yorkshire Police have released Simon's own CCTV footage of the terrifying events that followed.
