Huddersfield Town have released the route of their victory parade this afternoon.
- Depart the Stadium on the bus at 5.15pm
- Arrive at Huddersfield Town Hall for 5.45pm
- They will depart the Stadium via Stadium Way
- Travel through Gasworks Street
- Exit the ring road down High Street
- Past the bus station
- Parking on Corporation Street.
