A two minute silence has been held in memory of three young children who died in a house fire in Bridlington 18 months ago. Almost one hundred neighbours and friends held a £5,000 street party to honour William Beale, his brother Anthony and sister Maddie.
The residents won a competition to stage Britain's best Jubilee party and the cash prize helped them stage the party aimed at putting their tragic past behind them. The children's mum, Samantha Hudson, survived the blaze but is in a care home unable to speak, walk or eat.
We spoke to Sue Smith who organised it.
