Sir Jim's Rolls-Royce to go under the hammer

A rare Rolls-Royce belonging to Sir Jimmy Savile has gone on show ahead of an auction of the souvenirs of his life. The dark silver Corniche, which has just four and half thousand miles on the clock, has returned to the Leeds showroom from where Sir Jimmy bought it.

The Leeds-born DJ and TV personality still owned the car when he died last year. It's one of the most attractive lots in the sale which will raise funds for his charitable trust.
